Assessment & Program Co-ordination

  • We start your program with an Initial 60-minute Intake phone or Skype Consultation by our Program Co-ordinator to build your personalised Medical Retreat

  • An in-depth case history is taken

  • We gather all existing pathology and specialist reports

  • We organise further testing (if required)

  • Your case is presented to our medical and complementary health team of 23 practitioners

  • An individualised treatment program is developed for your stay

  • We book the dates for your stay, arrange accommodation and food with our Wellness Kitchen Chef

A $250 upfront fee for this service is deducted from your base program fee after you book your medical retreat.

Accommodation & Airport Transfers

  • In-house accommodation with ensuite and bathtub complete with magnesium flakes for long soaks at the end of each day

  • Full access to our Infrared Sauna and Yoga classes

  • Room serviced daily

  • Airport transfers from Ballina or Coolangatta if required

Daily Meals

  • Our nutritionist and chef who will transform your individual eating plan into delicious organic meals specific to your health requirements

After Care

At the end of your stay a comprehensive discharge report outlining

  • treatment findings

  • extra pathology results

  • dietary direction and recipes

  • Weekly follow-up consultations for the two weeks after your return home to support your on-going health management plan.

Additional Costs

Some optional services and stays longer than 7 days attract additional fees including:

  • IV Vitamin Therapy - refer to price list

  • Supplementation and medication

  • Over night nursing ($1000 per night)

  • Over night carer ($500 per night)

  • Private pathology - as per individual costs

  • Advanced / unplanned diagnostic procedures

  • Consultation with external medical specialists

Cancellation Policy

If, after booking and paying for a Medical Retreat, you are unable to attend, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the commencement of the Medical Retreat will incur an administration fee of $250. The full amount minus the $250 administration fee will be refunded to you within 10 business days.

  • Cancellation 7 days to 72 hours prior to commencement of the Medical Retreat will incur an administration fee of $1000. The balance of the payment will be refunded to you within 10 business days.

  • Cancellation 72 hours or less prior to commencement of the Medical Retreat will incur a full fee charge, no refunds are given.
