An early check in or late check out time may be requested by contacting The Health Lodge client support team; however it is subject to availability and there is no guarantee.

Yes, we can assist in storing your luggage if you arrive early before check-in and want to explore Byron Bay.

Our reception is open 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 2pm Sundays. We also have an onsite manager for any after-hours emergencies.

Don’t worry, we won’t forget you. Please advise us of your arrival time and we will pop your key in the key safe and send you the details prior to your arrival. If you need assistance to check in, please let us know and we will arrange for our night manager to greet you.

The two closest airports are Ballina Byron Gateway Airport (33km) and Gold Coast Airport (68km). Brisbane Airport is 175km away and also an option.

We have a limited number of parking spaces that are available at an additional fee. Please include parking in your booking or contact reception to arrange.

There is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

We offer catering services, whether you want a healthy breakfast or breakfast, lunch and dinner for your entire stay or just specific days.

No, there is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. All rooms have a queen bed and a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

We are a small boutique accommodation and therefore have strict cancellation policies.

The full payment of your stay is required at time of booking.

Bookings can be amended or cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival without penalty* (*excluding group or retreat bookings).

Cancellations or amendments 1 – 7 days prior to arrival will incur a fee of 50% of total accommodation cost (the remainder of your deposit will be refunded).

Cancellation or booking amendment within 24 hours of arrival incurs full accommodation fee of your booking – no-refunds available.    

*Group booking of 3 or more rooms will have a 20% cancellation fee applied if cancelled or amended within 7-14 days prior to arrival.

*Retreat or conference bookings have a cancellation fee of 50% applied if cancelled or amended less than 30 days prior.

We highly recommend that you invest in adequate travel insurance to cover yourself for any illness or issues that may prohibit you from travelling.
