Lilly is a psychologist and certified hypnotherapist who takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to lasting psychological change. Combining ACT, CBT, and hypnotherapy, she works across both conscious and subconscious processes to address the underlying drivers of emotional and behavioural patterns. Her work is grounded in nervous system-informed care, helping clients move out of survival states and into more flexible, values-aligned ways of living.

She supports children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, neurodivergence, body image concerns, and eating disorders.

Lilly’s approach is particularly suited to individuals who feel stuck in long-standing patterns or who find that insight alone hasn’t led to lasting change. Her work focuses on identifying and shifting the underlying beliefs, emotional responses, and protective patterns that maintain distress. Rather than relying solely on surface-level strategies, she supports clients to create change at a deeper level – while still building practical skills that can be applied in everyday life.

Grounded in a nervous system-informed approach, Lilly helps clients better understand their internal states, build capacity for regulation, and move out of chronic stress or survival responses. Therapy is tailored to the individual, with a focus on developing greater flexibility, self-awareness, and alignment with personal values.

Lilly works across a broad range of presentations and has experience supporting body image and eating-related concerns. She is trained in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for anorexia nervosa, which informs her work with families and young people.

Her approach is guided by the belief that lasting change occurs when both conscious and subconscious processes are addressed – supporting clients to move beyond insight and into meaningful, sustainable change.
