Therapeutic Approach
Angela began her OT career in paediatric therapy, supporting children, teenagers, and their families through collaborative, strengths-based practice. She is now expanding her work to include young adults and adults, offering tailored, client-led support that meets people where they are. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on uncovering each person’s unique strengths, interests, and abilities to support meaningful participation in daily life.
Angela is committed to ongoing professional development and has undertaken further training in mental health, nervous system regulation, sleep, feeding, breathing, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. She is also a trained yoga teacher, with a strong interest in the mind-body connection.
Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Angela spent over 20 years working in environmental management, communications, and sustainability across public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. This experience has shaped her ability to build strong relationships, foster engagement, and support lasting positive change.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, gardening, being in nature, and staying active.
