Richard has a background in movement, which began in 1993 with Ashtanga yoga and was further established through contact improvisation dance. These body centred disciplines inform Richard’s understanding of the body, it’s balance, flexibility and movement, which serves to strengthen his clinical practice of Osteopathy.
