5-Night Immersion | Limited to 9 Guests | Byron Bay
Our Sleep Retreats were created to address one of the most overlooked yet foundational pillars of health — deep, restorative sleep.
After years of working with patients suffering from snoring, insomnia, sleep apnea, and burnout, Reine DuBois, Clinical Director and Naturopath, and Dr Reza Samvat, leading expert in sleep neurobiology, teamed up to develop a comprehensive, multidisciplinary retreat designed to heal your nervous system, correct structural imbalances, and re-establish healthy circadian rhythms.
From trauma-induced insomnia to the silent suffering caused by snoring and disrupted breathing, this retreat offers a unique blend of clinical diagnostics, hands-on therapy, and deep rest, all delivered in Byron Bay’s most wellness-aligned environment.
Includes 5-night stay, full program, and practitioner sessions
