The Health Lodge - Refund and Return Policy

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. The following terminology applies:
- “You”, “Your” and “Yourself” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Our Terms and Conditions.
- “Our”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to The Health Lodge.
- “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both You and Us, or either You or Us.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Refunds and Returns
Requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase in original and unopened condition. You may need to provide documentation depicting damages, wrong items sent, etc. for refund approval. Refunds may be granted back to the original form of payment (e.g. same credit card the purchase was made with).
Refund review process
Your refund claim may take up to 48 hours for review. We’ll let you know if your refund request was approved or denied with an email notification. Once approved, please allow 7-10 business days for your payment provider to process any eligible refund into your account.
Refunds for cancelled orders
You will not be charged for cancelled orders. You may see a pending transaction which is voided upon order cancellation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in the financial account associated with order payment.
