Sal Howe provides Functional Breath Training (based on CO2 tolerance training). She draws on her expertise as an Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Method Educator, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Habit-Change Practitioner to help clients restore functional breathing patterns. Sal Howe is a breathing practitioner who works with clients to restore natural, efficient breathing patterns for improved physical and mental well-being. Through personalised coaching, Sal helps individuals identify and overcome dysfunctional breathing habits that contribute to stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and low energy.
