We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centric GP to join our integrative team in Byron Bay. You will be joining 26 healthcare practitioners pioneering the collaborative approach to medicine. 

The Role:

  • Full-time or part-time availability
  • VR or non-VR
  • AHPRA registered 
  • Interest in chronic health management and integrative care

Accommodation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accommodation Manager to oversee all aspects of our lodging facilities. This pivotal role ensures our guests experience the highest level of comfort and quality during their stay, whether they are part of a retreat group, attending a conference, or on an individual health journey.

The Role:

  • Full-time position
  • Oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance.
  • Manage all aspects of room bookings, including reservations, allocations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
  • Coordinate retreat and conference stays for the specific needs of these groups.
  • Liaise with the clinical director of The Health Lodge Integrative Medical Centre for the lodging and organisation of specific needs of individual health stays
  • Oversee and coordinate accommodation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment between yourself, cleaning team, night manager
  • Work in collaboration with The Remedy Room Manager, The Byron Bathhouse Manager and The Health Lodge Clinical team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and empathy, making necessary adjustments to service based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and common areas are pristine and in excellent working order.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of linens, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
  • Manage and oversee online booking systems and managing costing of accommodation appropriate to demand and season.
  • Oversee the promotion of the accommodation to ensure consistent bookings and high accommodate usage rates.
  • Prepare and manage the accommodation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IV cannulation and Nutrient/Iron Therapy Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team. You will be joining a healthcare collaborative pioneering the integrative approach to medicine. 

The Role:

  • Casual commencing with 6 hours per week building to 2 days per week
  • AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) with no limitations, restrictions, or notations
  • Minimum of 3 years post registration clinical experience
  • Evidence of cannulation competency
  • Proficient clinical assessment skills
  • Current CPR Certificate & First Aid
  • Current Police Check or ability to obtain one
  • Flexibility in being able to work autonomously and participate in a team environment.
  • Commitment and passion about the positive impact of Intravenous Vitamins and Minerals.
  • Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy.
  • IV cannulation and nutrient administration to the highest level of medico-legal standards.
  • Monitoring and care of patients according to evidence-based practice, infection control standards and policy and procedures.
  • Smooth running of the IV clinic appointment book.
  • Intramuscular injections as required.
