Sally is a Breath Re-training Practitioner and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist dedicated to helping individuals improve their breathing, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Her work focuses on identifying and addressing dysfunctional breathing patterns and oral habits that can impact energy, focus, emotional regulation, and long-term health.
Sally works privately with adults to retrain breathing behaviour and patterns, supporting the restoration of functional nasal breathing, improved carbon dioxide tolerance, and more efficient, resilient respiratory function. She offers telehealth and in-person appointments for breath retraining assessment and programs. She is currently studying for a Graduate Certificate in Sleep Medicine to further deepen her clinical understanding and complement her work in breathing and airway health.
She is also available as part of the Myofunctional Space Team, treating oral function, including tongue posture, swallowing patterns, and facial muscle coordination, to support airway health, reduce mouth breathing, and improve sleep outcomes. She is available in the Myofunctional space during their opening hours.
