What is Integrative Naturopathy?

An integrative naturopath is someone that uses a combination of naturopathic therapies (herbs & nutrients) as well as dietary & lifestyle interventions and works alongside mainstream medical approaches, using tools such as standard blood tests results to assess & treat the whole person.

Often working side by side with a doctor to understand health from a mainstream perspective, an integrative naturopath can merge this knowledge with the holistic approach of naturopathy. This means our practitioners can also understand when other modalities need to merge to benefit the patient on their health journey, such as Psychology, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, and more.

What Makes Integrative Naturopathy Different From Traditional Treatment?

As integrative naturopaths, we believe that it’s important to get to the root of a health issue, rather than just treating the symptoms. By addressing the underlying causes of illness, we can help individuals achieve long-term healing and optimal health.

This means taking a holistic approach that considers not just the physical aspects of health, but also the emotional and spiritual aspects.

By taking a personalised approach, we can create a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses each individual’s unique needs and goals. Our goal is to help our clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing, so they can live their lives to the fullest

By using natural remedies, such as herbs and nutrients, we can support the body’s natural healing processes. We also focus on making lifestyle changes that can improve health, such as dietary changes and stress-management techniques.

Our approach is gentle, safe, and effective, and we’re committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
