Welcome to The Health Lodge, an innovative accommodation and retreat space designed with your health and wellbeing in mind.
Nestled in the beauty of Byron Bay, NSW, we have created a boutique health resort that invites you to take pause, surrender and exhale. Escape the busyness of your day-to-day life and the environmental stressors that diminish your wellbeing.
When considering taking a break or holiday, we often focus on the need to rest and relax in beautiful surroundings but how often does one consider how that environment can enhance our health?
At The Health Lodge, your health and wellbeing are our inspiration and purpose, and we have infused this vision into our reimagined luxury accommodation. We have considered every element in the design, construction and furnishing process, to create a holistic and health conscious space.

BUILDING MATERIALS
Solid timber and recycled hardwood, no particle board. Flooring is phthalate free, allergy safe flotex without toxic glues and sustainably produced. Paint has very low volatile organic compounds

The Health Lodge encompasses our onsite integrative medical centre, where we combine the best of mainstream and complementary medicine. All our services are available to our accommodation guests, allowing you to fuse together your healthcare and holiday needs.

Retreats and Conferences
Our retreat space has been designed to cater to conferences, workshops and retreats. This purpose built indoor space includes a full kitchen, AV equipment and lounge space. Combined with our 9 boutique accommodation rooms, you have your perfect intimate retreat space in central Byron Bay.
