Adaptan combines the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herb, Rehmannia, along with traditional Western medicinal herbs (TWH) to relieve nervous tension and fatigue due to ongoing stress or mild anxiety. It contains American ginseng used in TCM to support adaptation to stress. American ginseng supports a healthy stress response and helps the body adapt to external stressors. Both Wild oats and Lavender have been used in TWH to relieve feelings of being wired and tired, while Lavender maintains a healthy nervous system.
