P-Lift assists in the management of premenstrual syndrome, relieving symptoms such as breast tenderness, tiredness, moodiness, irritability, headaches, bloating and fluid retention. P-Lift contains an extract equivalent to 2.0 grams of Vitex agnus-castus fruit which may assist in the regulation of the menstrual cycle, and help relieve menstrual pain and cramping. Vitamin E and iodine, a component of thyroid hormones, are important for normal, healthy reproductive function.
