Lilly is a provisional psychologist and certified hypnotherapist who blends evidence-based therapies with subconscious reprogramming to support deep and lasting transformation. With a special interest in eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, and body image, she offers a compassionate, integrative approach for clients of all ages.
Lilly is a provisional psychologist and certified hypnotherapist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—unlock their potential through compassionate and integrative care. She brings a unique skill set to her practice, combining traditional psychology with powerful subconscious techniques to support deep, long-term healing.
Specialising in eating disorders and body dysmorphia, Lilly also works with a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her therapeutic style draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and clinical hypnotherapy to guide clients toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. Lilly is also trained in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for anorexia nervosa, which informs her holistic, family-sensitive approach—though FBT is not provided in private practice.
What sets Lilly apart is her ability to work with both the conscious and subconscious mind. She believes that true transformation happens when therapy addresses not just thoughts and behaviours, but also deeply ingrained beliefs, emotional wounds, and habits that reside beneath the surface. Her warm, affirming style creates a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration, healing, and growth.
Lilly holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology, and she is currently completing her supervised practice as a provisional psychologist. She welcomes both privately paying and NDIS-funded clients. Please note, Medicare rebates are not currently available for sessions with Lilly.
