Psychology

Simon DuBois is a highly experienced Psychologist at The Health Lodge in the Byron Shire. He offers a range of therapies including EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy for treating trauma based distress and tDCS for treating trauma and pain.

Clinical Psychology

Nicola Uechtritz is a Clinical Psychologist at The Health Lodge in Byron Bay. She uses a range of modalities, including CBT, DBT and EFT to help her clients recover from a variety of conditions from depression, anxiety and stress to low self-worth, relationship problems and trauma.

Clinical Psychology

Dr Paula Watkins is a Clinical Psychologist who helps people identify and heal unresolved triggers and traumas, work through unhelpful patterns, heal their nervous systems and upgrade their life experience. Paula utilises evidence-based approaches including EMDR, mindfulness meditation and somatic techniques.

The Health Lodge

The Health Lodge recognises the Bundjalung of Byron Bay Arakwal people, the Minjungbal people and the Widjabul people as Traditional Owners and custodians for parts of the Byron Shire
