Medical Retreat - Assessment & Program Coordination

Your program begins with a free 15 minute discovery call with one of our in-patient case coordinators , from there a 60 minute phone or video consultation is scheduled. This includes an in-depth case history, followed by a review of your pathology and specialist reports. We’ll organise further tests if they’re required and then your case is presented to our healthcare professional team of 23 practitioners.

Our practitioners will develop your individualised treatment program and we book the dates for your medical retreat, arrange accommodation and plan your meals with our Wellness Chef.

Accommodation

The in-house accommodation for your medical retreat comes with full access to our infrared sauna and Yoga classes, as well as an ensuite and bathtub complete with magnesium flakes for long soaks at the end of each day. Your room will also be serviced during your stay.

Daily Meals

Our nutritionist and Wellness Chef will create delicious, organic meals specific to your health requirements.

After Care

At the completion of your 5 or 10-day medical retreat, you’ll receive a comprehensive discharge report and a 30-minute follow-up consultation when you have returned home. This consultation will support your on-going health management plan. The report at the end of your stay will outline the following:

  • Dietary direction and recipes
  • 30-minute follow-up consultation.

Additional Costs

Some optional services and stays longer than 10 days attract additional fees, as follows:

  • IV Vitamin Therapy (refer to Price List)
  • Supplementation and medication
  • Overnight nursing ($1000 per night)
  • Overnight carer ($500 per night)
  • Private pathology – as per individual costs
  • Advanced or unplanned diagnostic procedures
  • Consultation with external medical specialists
  • Extra in-house consultations
  • Colonics
  • Airport transfers from Ballina or Coolangatta, if required

Cancellation Policy

If you’re unable to attend your integrative medical retreat and you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:

  • More than 7 days: Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the commencement of your integrative retreat will incur an administrative fee of $250. The full amount minus the $250 administrative fee will be refunded to you within 10 business days.
  • 7 days to 72 hours: Cancellations 7 days to 72 hours prior to commencement of your integrative retreat will incur an administrative fee of $1000. The balance of the payment will be refunded to you within 10 business days.
  • 72 hours or less: Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to commencement of your integrative retreat will incur a full fee charge, no refunds are given.
