Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment Policy: Full payment is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your retreat dates. Cancellation Policy: More than 7 days: Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the commencement of your integrative retreat will incur an administrative fee of $1000. The full amount minus the $1000 administrative fee will be refunded to you within 10 business days. 7 days to 72 hours: Cancellations 7 days to 72 hours prior to commencement of your integrative retreat will incur an administrative fee of $2000. The balance of the payment will be refunded to you within 10 business days. 72 hours or less: Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to commencement of your integrative retreat will incur a full fee charge, no refunds are given.
